Vineyard Meadow, a sustainable, responsible endeavor, honors the viniculture, rural and river traditions, and small town life of Irvington, Virginia. Located on fifty-two acres adjacent to the winery’s grape fields, the new settlement will be limited to twenty-five homes and lots arranged around dedicated meadowland; over half the acreage is reserved as common green space. The homes, designed to be environmentally friendly and low maintenance, range in size from 2400sf to 3000 sf.
